Registration

Please read the following information carefully before completing the Augusoft Registration Form.

Things You Should Know

Transfers/Credits/Refunds. If you cannot attend a course as planned, you may receive an Augusoft, Inc. class credit. You must inform AI in writing 3 business days prior to the first class meeting. You must return your class ticket to the registration office. Credits may be applied toward the cost of any future AI course within the next year from date of issue. If you contact us less than three days in advance, you are entitled to a class credit valued at 50% of the class fee. Special events and trips are non-transferable and non-refundable. Refunds are given only if AI cancels a class. Refunds are processed the last day of the month. Sorry, no exceptions. Augusoft reserves the right to change class locations, schedules, fees, instructors when necessary. Please no tape recording during classes without prior permission from the instructor.

Inclement Weather. Augusoft, Inc. will not issue refunds for classes which have been postponed due to inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to reschedule such classes. Listen to 830 WCCO am for postponed classes.

Quality. We are proud of the quality of our programs. If after attending a class, you are not completely satisfied, we will issue an Augusoft, Inc. credit for the course fee plus a $10 credit towards another class of your choice. Please make your request within 7 days of the class meeting.

Where Classes Meet

Classes meet in private businesses, instructors' homes, or rental locations in the East Side neighborhood. Specific directions are sent with your course confirmation tickets. We are cautious to place classes in well-lit and safe environments.

5 Ways to Register

In person: Augusoft, Inc. is located in the Golden Valley, MN just outisde the Minneapolis downtown area. To visit the office, take Highway 55 West to Meadow Lane. Take right at Meadow Lane intersection and take the second right into the parking lot. Augusoft's offices are located on the second floor of the Theo Wirth office Suites. Our office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

By mail: Send your check to 4050 Olson Memorial Highway, Suite 245, Golden Valley, MN 55125-5353.

By phone: Use your Visa/MC/Discover to register, 24-hours each day at (612) 605-1200. If you get into our voicemail system, here's a brief roadmap:

-To register for a course, press 2.

-leave your name, address, daytime and evening telephone numbers, the classes for which you would like to register, and your credit card number and expiration date.

-As long as we have all the information, we will immediately process your registration. If we have any questions, we will contact you.

By fax: Fax the completed registration form with your Visa/MC/Discover card information to (401) 521-3910, 24 hours every day.
